Our Personal Trainer works closely with our Chiropractors, Physiotherapists and Sports Medicine Physicians to have the knowledge and understanding about how to get you exercising and moving again in a safe, controlled fashion. She offers one-on-one as well as small group sessions. She can also design a DIY exercise program you can do at home or at your gym on your own. Simple, take Dawn’s plan with you to the gym and start seeing results! Follow up with her at your convenience to modify and progress your exercise regime based on your wants and needs – lather, rinse and repeat.
